The Rules That Apply When You Use the ReviveAlign Store

These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you use the ReviveAlign website, browse the store, place an order, or interact with services offered through the site.

This website is operated by ReviveAlign. By visiting the site, browsing products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any related policies that apply to your use of the store.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or any services offered through it.

Online Store Terms

You may not use the ReviveAlign store for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to violate any laws or regulations while using the website or placing an order.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement or have appropriate permission from a parent or guardian if local law requires it.

Accuracy and Completeness of Information

We do our best to keep store information current and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail on the website will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Product descriptions, shipping estimates, pricing, policy details, and other site content may be updated or corrected without notice.

Products, Services, and Availability

Products offered through ReviveAlign may be available only online and may have limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue a product, promotion, or service at any time.

We also reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order when necessary, including for suspected fraud, misuse, inventory issues, or pricing errors.

Pricing and Changes to the Store

Prices for ReviveAlign products may change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, offer, or store experience at any time.

ReviveAlign is not liable for price changes, product changes, or store interruptions.

Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, and shipping information for all purchases made through the ReviveAlign store.

If we believe the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or connected to unusual risk, we may limit, review, or cancel the order.

Optional Shipping Protection

ReviveAlign may offer optional Shipping Protection during checkout. If selected, the Shipping Protection charge is added to your order total before purchase. Shipping Protection is intended to help with eligible packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Shipping Protection is optional. If you do not want it, do not select the Shipping Protection checkbox before placing your order.

Claims may require your order number, delivery details, tracking information, and clear photos if damage is reported. Damaged packaging alone does not always mean the product is damaged. Normal wear, misuse, incorrect address entry, courier delays, customs delays, or circumstances outside ReviveAlign's control may not be covered.

Sleep Comfort Club Membership

ReviveAlign may offer an optional VIP membership called Sleep Comfort Club. Sleep Comfort Club costs $9.95 per month unless a different price is shown at checkout. By selecting the Sleep Comfort Club checkbox and completing checkout, you authorize ReviveAlign or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method $9.95 every month until you cancel.

Sleep Comfort Club benefits may include 20% off future ReviveAlign orders, free shipping on future orders, priority customer support, and member-only offers or launches. Benefits apply only while the membership is active and may not be combined with every promotion unless stated otherwise.

Any applicable taxes may be added to membership charges where required. Membership billing terms are shown near the membership checkbox before you enroll. You should only enroll if you understand and agree to the recurring monthly charge.

Sleep Comfort Club is optional. You are not required to join in order to buy the ReviveAlign Side Sleeper Alignment Pillow.

Membership Renewal, Cancellation, and Failed Payments

Sleep Comfort Club renews monthly until canceled. To avoid the next monthly charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. You can request cancellation by emailing support@revivealign.com or visiting Manage Membership.

Cancellation stops future membership renewals. Unless required by law or clearly stated in a separate offer, membership fees already charged are not refundable simply because you cancel after a renewal has processed.

If a membership payment fails, ReviveAlign or its payment provider may retry the payment method on file, ask you to update your billing details, pause benefits, or cancel the membership. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.

Optional Tools

ReviveAlign may provide access to third-party tools or services that we do not directly control. These tools may be offered as-is and without any additional warranties or guarantees from ReviveAlign.

Your use of optional tools is at your own discretion and risk. You should review the provider's own terms before using them.

User Comments and Feedback

If you send comments, testimonials, suggestions, reviews, or feedback to ReviveAlign, you agree that we may use, edit, publish, or share that material in connection with our business, without an obligation to keep it confidential or pay compensation unless required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your comments do not violate the rights of others or include unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.

Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the ReviveAlign website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or its content for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive purposes. This includes, without limitation:

  • Violating laws or regulations
  • Submitting false or misleading order information
  • Attempting to interfere with site security or functionality
  • Transmitting malware, spam, or harmful code
  • Using the site to infringe on the rights of others

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ReviveAlign provides the website and store services on an as-available and as-is basis, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that use of the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ReviveAlign is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, products, or services.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ReviveAlign harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the website or services.

Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about an order, charge, membership renewal, delivery, or return, contact support@revivealign.com first so we can review the issue and try to resolve it directly.

To the extent allowed by law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be handled through binding arbitration or another legally available dispute process instead of a court proceeding. This section does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Filing a chargeback for a charge you authorized, without first attempting to resolve the issue with ReviveAlign, may delay support review and may require us to provide order records, subscription consent records, shipping confirmation, and communication history to the payment provider.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws that apply in the location where ReviveAlign operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms and Contact Information

ReviveAlign may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept those updates.
