ReviveAlign offers free shipping on all orders. Our goal is to process and send orders as quickly as possible while keeping you informed about expected delivery timing.

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs processing, payment review, address verification, local service interruptions, or other issues outside our control.

Order Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. During busy periods, promotions, holidays, or high-volume stretches, processing can take up to 7 business days.

Processing time begins after your order is placed and payment is successfully received. Processing time is separate from transit time.

If you need to request an address change, please contact support@revivealign.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once an order is shipped, estimated delivery windows are generally as follows:

  • United States: 8 to 15 business days
  • Canada: 8 to 15 business days
  • Australia: 7 to 15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 7 to 15 business days

These delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed shipping dates. Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take longer depending on the carrier and destination.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If an address needs to be corrected, contact support@revivealign.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to help if the order has not already moved into fulfillment.

If an incorrect shipping address was entered and we were not notified within 24 hours, ReviveAlign is not responsible for reshipping or refunding that order.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays can happen for reasons that are outside ReviveAlign's control. This can include carrier backlogs, weather events, customs review, local transportation issues, payment processing delays, or address verification checks.

ReviveAlign is not liable for shipping delays caused by outside parties or events that we do not control. We will still do our best to help track the shipment and share updates when possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you believe your package is lost or was marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact support@revivealign.com as soon as possible.

ReviveAlign may assist with carrier claims, investigations, or replacement support depending on the situation. Resolution can vary based on tracking, delivery scans, carrier findings, and the details of the order.
