60-Night Guarantee Window

ReviveAlign offers a 60-night money-back guarantee on eligible purchases of the ReviveAlign Side Sleeper Alignment Pillow.

We ask customers to use the product for at least 14 days before requesting a return. This gives your body time to adjust and helps you make a fair decision about comfort and fit.

Return requests may be considered after day 14 and must be submitted within the 60-day guarantee window.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support@revivealign.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

If a cancellation request is received within that 24-hour window and the order has not already moved into processing, the refund will be issued within 7 business days.

How Returns Work

To start a return, email support@revivealign.com and provide your order number, or the full name and email address used for the order.

If your request is eligible, we will share the return steps and any instructions needed to complete the process.

  • Returns are allowed after 14 days of use
  • Requests must be made within the 60-night guarantee period
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees, if charged, are non-refundable

Refund Timing

Once a return is approved and the refund is processed, funds are typically sent back to the original payment method. Timing can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If an order is cancelled within the allowed 24-hour window, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact support@revivealign.com within 72 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the product so we can review the issue.

Damage to the outside shipping box alone does not automatically mean the product is damaged. We will review the condition of the item itself before approving a replacement or refund.

What Is Not Covered

ReviveAlign may decline refunds or replacements in situations involving normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or damage caused after delivery.

We also do not provide refunds or replacements for issues caused by using the product in a way it was not intended to be used.

Shipping Delays and Address Issues

ReviveAlign is not responsible for courier, customs, or shipping delays that are outside our control.

If a customer entered the wrong shipping address and did not notify us within 24 hours of placing the order, that customer is not entitled to a resend or refund.
